1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter — the “Terms”) govern the relationship between the administration of the “Razvitie & interest” service (hereinafter — the “Administration”) and a user of the “Razvitie & interest” service (hereinafter — the “User”).
1.2. The “Razvitie & interest” service is an online platform offering generators of educational tasks aimed at developing reading, writing and thinking skills in children.
1.3. Registration in and/or use of the Service constitutes the User’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
2.1. The Administration provides the User with access to the Service, which includes:
2.2. Some features of the Service are available free of charge. Extended features are available on a paid subscription.
3.1. To use the Service, the User registers by providing an email address and a password.
3.2. The User undertakes to provide accurate information and not to share access to their account with third parties.
3.3. Without registration, 4 (four) free generations are available as a demonstration. Further use of the Service requires registration.
3.4. The number of complimentary ready-made materials is at the discretion of the Service Administration depending on ongoing promotional campaigns and marketing objectives.
4.1. The cost and conditions of the subscription are set out on the pricing page of the Service.
4.2. Payment is made through the YooKassa payment service. The Administration does not store the User’s payment data.
4.3. Full and unconditional acceptance of the public offer is constituted by the User’s payment for the subscription (para. 2 art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
4.4. An electronic receipt is sent to the User for each payment in accordance with Federal Law 54-FZ.
5.1. The User is entitled to withdraw from the subscription in accordance with art. 32 of the Russian Federation Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” and Government Decree of 27.09.2007 № 612 “On Approval of the Rules for Remote Sales of Goods”.
5.2. Withdrawal from a subscription and refunds are available prior to the start of use of generators, constructors and before downloading any electronic materials. The file must not have been downloaded to the device. It is not possible to withdraw from a purchased constructor, task generator, individual file with tasks, set or manual that has already been downloaded.
To assess whether the generators, constructors or ready-made PDF tasks suit your needs, please use the free generations (four generations are available without registration or subscription) and sample ready-made tasks.
Under the terms of the agreement, the Service fulfils its obligations at the moment it grants the User access to the generators, task constructors and the library of ready-made materials.
5.3. If you have any questions regarding payment or refunds, please write to support@razvitiei.ru. If the information you need is not on the website, write to us and describe your problem or question in detail. We are open to different solutions if your reason is well-founded.
6.1. All materials of the Service (design, code, generation algorithms) are the intellectual property of the Administration.
6.2. Generated tasks are provided to the User for personal and educational use. Commercial distribution is prohibited.
6.3. Commercial use of generated or ready-made tasks and other Service materials is permitted subject to agreement of terms with the Service Administration (contact: support@razvitiei.ru).
7.1. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service.
7.2. The Administration is not responsible for the educational outcomes achieved through the use of the generated tasks.
8.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy.
9.1. The Administration is entitled to amend the Terms. Amendments enter into force from the moment the new version is published.
9.2. Continued use of the Service after amendments means acceptance of the new conditions.
10.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If settlement is not possible — in court at the place of location of the Administration.
10.2. The relations of the parties are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
