Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By registering on the “Razvitie & interest” website (hereinafter — the “Service”), the user (hereinafter — the “Personal Data Subject”), in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006, grants the Service operator (hereinafter — the “Operator”) consent to process their personal data on the following terms.

1. List of personal data

• email address;
• first name and surname (if provided by the user);
• hashed password (the Operator has no access to the password in plain text);
• IP address and device information (User-Agent) — for security purposes;
• generation history (task parameters, creation dates);
• consent metadata (the fact and time of consent to personal data processing, acceptance of the terms of use, consent to marketing communications).

2. Purposes of processing

• registration and authentication of the user in the Service;
• providing access to the generation features for educational materials;
• preserving the user’s generation history and presets;
• communicating with the user on technical matters;
• ensuring the security of the user’s account;
• compliance with the Operator’s obligations under Federal Law 152-FZ (keeping audit logs);
• sending informational and advertising messages — only where a separate consent has been provided (an optional checkbox at registration).

3. Methods of processing

Processing is carried out both with the use of automated means and without them. Methods of processing include: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (refining, modifying), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, granting access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction.

4. Transfer to third parties

The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties, except to:

• an email delivery service (forwardemail.net) — for sending verification emails and notifications;
• the payment provider (YooKassa) — when paying for a subscription, to the extent necessary for the transaction;
• state authorities — upon their lawful request.

5. Processing period

Personal data is stored for the entire period during which the user’s account exists and for 3 years after its deletion — for the fulfilment of the Operator’s obligations under Federal Law 152-FZ (audit logs).

6. Rights of the data subject

The user has the right to:

• obtain information about the data being processed;
• make changes to their data through their personal account;
• delete their account through the “Profile → Danger zone” section (the right to be forgotten, Art. 14 of Federal Law 152-FZ);
• withdraw this consent by sending a request to privacy@razvitiei.ru;
• lodge a complaint with Roskomnadzor.

7. Confirmation of consent

Consent is deemed to have been given from the moment the user activates the “I consent to the processing of my personal data” checkbox at registration. The fact and time of consent are recorded in the audit log.
